Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you and your cat to absolutely love CATSUMO. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us at support@catsumo.co and we'll work with you to make it right.

Unopened Returns (14 Days)

Changed your mind before opening? No problem. You have 14 days after receiving your item to return it for a full refund if it's:

  • Unopened and in original packaging
  • Unworn and unused with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at support@catsumo.co. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Used or Opened Products (30 Days)

We understand that sometimes a product just isn't the right fit—even after trying it. If your cat doesn't take to CATSUMO or you're unsatisfied after use, contact us within 30 days and we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a solution. This may include partial refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

Note: Due to hygiene and safety standards, used products cannot be accepted for full refunds, but we're committed to making sure you're satisfied.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us immediately at support@catsumo.co with photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund—no return required for defective products.

Exclusions

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
