Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from our fulfillment center. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If you need to make a change to your order (address, items, etc.), orders can be edited or canceled within 45 minutes of placement. After this window, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to make changes.


United States

  • $6 discounted flat-rate shipping

  • Delivery time: 2–5 business days after shipment


Canada

  • Shipping calculated at checkout

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after shipment

Please note that Canadian orders may incur import taxes or duties collected by the carrier upon delivery. These fees are determined by Canadian customs and are outside of our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped.


Lost or Delayed Packages

While rare, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to weather, customs processing, or carrier disruptions. If your order appears delayed, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.


When Will My Order Ship?

Most orders ship within 24 hours, though please allow 1–2 business days for processing during busy periods.

Once shipped, delivery times typically fall within the ranges listed above depending on your location.


Why Hasn't My Tracking Updated?

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your order ships. This is normal while the carrier scans the package into their network.

If your tracking hasn’t updated after 3 business days, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help investigate.
